A couple weeks ago, Greg had a salsa canning day. Friends came over to help and they were able to make some great salsa from our garden produce. This weekend, Greg and I canned spaghetti sauce and green beans.

I lost count, but we are stocked on marinara and green beans for the year! There are two more garden rows of green beans blooming. I wish the kids liked green beans more than they do.
I suspect that next weekend we'll be canning more salsa as well as Greg's
hot dogs and hot peppers.
