All the fencing has been fixed and new gates have been installed. The large calves are now grazing on about three acres of lush, green grass.
Sharon's chickens are back to free-ranging now that they've figured out that their eggs belong in the nesting box, not on the floor. There's one bird who keeps laying eggs on the floor but she'll figure it out eventually.
The weather is warming up and the kids are playing outside more and more each day.
We have a few rows planted in the garden and two barn cats roaming around, hunting for their board and keep.
Everyone is outside as much as possible. Spring is good.
